TYM (CEO Kim Hiyong, Kim Dohoon / 002900), a company specializing in agricultural machinery, announced that it held a kick-off event for the junior board program "TYM Player" on the 11th of this month at the seminar room on the 20th floor of the 4 Points by Sheraton Chosun Seoul Station.
In order to strengthen communication among in-house members, TYM selects 28 MZ generation employees of the assistant manager and senior level as "TYM Player" members and will conduct junior board activities from this month to December. TYM selected the program name "TYM Player" to mean that all junior board members work as "Team Player" for "One Team."
About 30 people participated in the event, including CEO Kim Do-hoon, members of "TYM Player" and executives and employees who will support program activities. CEO Kim Do-hoon presented a letter of appointment to each employee selected as a "TYM Player" member and delivered a message of support to encourage employee communication.
Meanwhile, each of the members introduced themselves for one minute and pledged to be active as a messenger of communication. Then, they were informed of the overall schedule, roles, evaluation methods, and rewards of this junior board activity, and had time to establish plans for this year's activity through their own discussion.
In addition, "TYM UP Player" was selected through application and peer recommendation among the members. "TYM UP Player" means that "a number of talented people work together to form an organization to achieve their goals," and the selected personnel will play a role in directly and indirectly supporting and coordinating the activities of the members so that more systematic activities can be achieved.
Members of "TYM Player" work as a newsletter press corps in the company to listen to VOCs (Voice of Customer) for each workplace and conduct activities to improve them. In addition, they will help new employees adapt to the company and will check the contents of junior board activities and further develop the program by conducting regular face-to-face meetings and workshops. At the end of the year's activities, all members will receive a certain reward, and those with excellent evaluation will be supported with the cost of attending overseas agricultural machinery fairs.
