TYM participated in the 'Medium Enterprise-Public New Deal Technology Development Cooperation Declaration Ceremony in Korea' held at the Joseon Palace Hotel in Gangnam-gu, Seoul at 2 pm on the 16th.
This cooperation declaration ceremony was attended by mid-sized companies that want to invest in innovative technologies such as carbon-neutral and Korean version of the New Deal under the supervision of the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy and the Korea Institute for Advancement of Technology, and public institutions with related technologies attended the ceremony. The intention is to make full-fledged efforts to accelerate the development of new technologies through mutual cooperation.
Twenty-two mid-sized companies participating in the cooperation declaration ceremony will establish a full-fledged R&D strategy for the development of the Korean version of the New Deal technology, including human resource exchanges with nine public research institutes, and begin private investment worth 70 billion won.
TYM plans to further strengthen its technological competitiveness in the industry through this cooperation case. It is the ambition to develop electric driven agricultural machinery in preparation for unmanned automation and robotization that will lead the future of agriculture, and to spur the conversion from the existing internal combustion engine to eco-friendly power source products through fast shift.
Jang Han-ki, head of TYM's Central Technology Research Center, said, "Through this technical cooperation agreement with public institutions, we will be reborn as a global agricultural machinery company by further strengthening our technological capabilities."
